One highly rated by Consumer Reports is MysticPhoto.com. I have used them, and they’re great. They also save digital copies for you in their data bank should you lose or damage your own. Of course this means they get your business too….lol.

I’ve used Snapfish, Deviant Art and Mpix. Non compare to Costco. Sounds strange, but they have incredibly expensive printing machines and I always get high quality enlargements from them. Not only can you choose from many different picture sizes, they provide image previews and a few edit options. Plus you can pick the images up in a few hours instead of waiting up to a week. A huge bonus as opposed to waiting/paying for shipping, only to discover the color or tone of your picture is off. If you aren’t a member there, I’d consider it.
